God's someone that won't abandon you, no matter how many times you screw up

i wish you would just shove off
don't you get what i mean
im exasperated
it puts me in a tough position
and now, i've screwed it up
i don't really know you
but i wished i wasn't entangled in this mess

sometimes we cry aloud
what have we done
retracing our steps
seems like a good one
but the truth or reality would be whether its possible
but the vicious cycle repeats
once again,
into the hole we fall
desperation looms like a shadow
grabbing at us with its shadowy claws
its a gaping hole
that we promised ourselves not to step in
so why did we,
AGAIN?
is it a matter of stupidity?
or is a matter of being tempted?
is it the exhilaration of testing the unknown?
i guess we always think
"perhaps this time it might turn out different?"
but who are we trying to kid?
we are no longer just kids...
its time for us to grow up
or do we want to remain like couch potatoes.
watching as our eyes spin round and round

its time to wake up
its time to find a new way
its a time to find yourself
and walk to right way
so which road would be the right way?
oh yes i don't want to screw up
but how sure of that could i be?
one of a million chances?
what bet could that be
embarrassment of what had happened
of what stupid things done
i wished i could take it all back
wished that i wasn't that dumb
it had been a moment of folly
how long could that be?
perhaps five minutes or pehaps ten
but the consequences beg to differ
they last quite a long time...
